Locust Grove Bungalow

This 1924 Bungalow had been abandoned for 10 years and the city was ready to tear it down. We worked with the clients to save the house by gutting, rebuilding, and adding a small addition and porch to the original footprint. Many of the original elements of the house were saved, including the trim, flooring, and doors. We also oversaw the landscaping and hardscaping installation. The house will celebrate its 100th birthday on June 19, 2024!
