Red Fox Cottage

Our clients wanted to turn a derelict garage into a studio apartment. We started with dirt floors and termite-infested studs! By keeping the ceilings lofted and adding three skylights, we turned the 420 sq ft structure into a light-filled studio apartment. We repurposed the old garage doors into sliding room dividers between the bedroom and living room. The owners called it Red Fox Cottage because the neighbor saw a red fox standing on the peak of the roof one morning.
