Belmont Farmhouse

This farmhouse in the heart of the Belmont neighborhood was in need of a serious update. Used as a rental duplex for 20+ years, the first floor had been condemned. We turned it into a single-family house by doing a full gut, updating all systems and insulation, installing new windows, remodeling the kitchen and two full baths, as well as adding a master bath and wrap-around porch. We even designed the landscaping and hardscaping.
